The method involves defining a partial volume (9) by curved sectional areas (16, 16') produced by a femtoscond excimer laser. The sectional areas of radiation of the excimer laser are interrupted after removing of the partial volume. The sectional areas are moistened with a fluid e.g. base saline solution, before operating of the excimer laser. A focal point is adjusted along three orthogonal axes corresponding to intersection lines by a deflection unit, where a zoom-optics is provided for adjusting a Z-coordinate for the focal point.
