The device has a set of fluidic turbines (10a, 10b) arranged adjacent to each other, where each turbine is arranged in a lower region of a turbine-down pipe (9a, 9b). Length of the turbine down pipes is equally large, where each turbine down pipe is connected with an upper inlet pipe arch (13a, 13b) and a lower outlet pipe arch (11a, 11d). Straight elongated pipe sections (12a, 12b) connected with each other are arranged between the outlet pipe arch of the turbine-down pipe (9a) and the inlet pipe arch of the turbine-down pipe (9b), where the arches are bent at 180 degrees.
