The arrangement has a pressure measuring device (4) measuring actual pressure drop (delta pist) over a controllable valve (3). An automation device (5) presets a reference pressure drop (delta psoll), amplification factor (Kp0) and reset time (Tn0) of a proportional-integral-derivative controller (6). An adjustment unit (7) is provided for flow-dependent dynamic adjustment of another amplification factor (Kp) and another reset time (Tn). The factor (Kp) and the time (Tn) are reduced when a flow value (Q) is increased and are increased when the flow value is decreased, with a constant ratio.
