The devices (2.1,2.2) have housing units (2.1a,2.2a) and are arranged on a flexible portion of pipe (1) in periphery direction. The mass elements (2.1b,2.2b) are arranged within the housing unit in moving manner. The units (2.1d,2.2d) are provided for adjusting influence of movement of a measuring element in the housing unit during movement of the flexible portion of pipe. The flexible portion of a pipe is designed by oscillation absorbing materials like rubber, plastic or metal knitted fabric. An independent claim is included for a flexible pipe line, particularly for vehicle exhaust system.
