The system has a cross sliding device (2) fastened to a carrier structure (1) with a cross slide (3) shifted longitudinally or transversely along a longitudinal axis (X) and along a transverse axis (Y) in horizontal direction. A cantilever beam (4) is fastened to a vertical lifting system (VH) fastened to the slide. The beam has a clamp structure (B) extending between two joint systems (G1, G2). The clamp structure is tilted around a vertical rotation axis (X1) via the system (G1), and a camera support (T) is tilted around a horizontal rotation axis (X2) via the system (G2). An independent claim is also included for a method for managing pictorial rendition of recordings to operation process.
