The device (1) comprises a housing (2), an inlet shaft (5), which is coupled to a chuck, rotating around a longitudinal axis (6). Two outlet shafts (8,11) for receiving and guiding corresponding tools, rotating around another longitudinal axes (9,12) running parallel to each other. A supporting carriage (14) is stored in corresponding outlet shaft (11), where the carriage is assigned rotary to the housing. An actuator (15) is provided for shifting of the carriage in a direction (13) transverse to the latter axes (9,12), controlling the intermediate axes of the outlet shaft.
