The windmill has a vertical shaft (1) with a curved rectangular wing (2) and kinematically coupled to a generator (13) under a reinforced concrete base plate (8), where the windmill is positioned on median of the motorway. Direction of curvature of the curved rectangular wing is opposite to direction of travel of a transportation medium on the motorway. The base plate is arranged in a cavity (14) excavated on ground. The generator and an accumulator attached to the generator are positioned on the base plate.
