The guide has an inner slide guide rail (1), a middle slide guide rail (2) and an outer slide guide rail (3). A locking lever (5) rotatable around an axis (6) is supported at the middle slide guide rail. The lever comprises an inner stopping body (9) i.e. inner roller, and an outer stopping body (10) i.e. outer roller. Stop surfaces (16, 17) for the stopping bodies are provided in the inner slide guide rail and in the outer slide guide rail, respectively. An angle between the stop surfaces and a connecting line from the axis of the lever to the stopping body ranges between 60 and 90 degrees.
