The seat (107) has a conically tapering contact area formed in such a manner that a sampling needle (102) with a needle tip directly lies upon the conical tapering contact area, where the needle is made of stainless steel or ceramic. The contact area is made of Polyetheretherketone(RTM: High performance engineered polymer). The contact area bends around an angle of inclination relative to vertical direction, where the angle of inclination is greater than an angle of inclination of an outer wall of the sampling needle relative to the vertical direction. An independent claim is also included for a fluidically coupling system comprising a sampling needle.
