The device has a tubular coil (90) producing a magnetic field when the coil is supplied with energy. A stator core (86) is accommodated in the coil for forming a magnetic circuit. A rotor (83) is pulled behind the stator core by pulling force of the magnetic circuit. The stator core has a surface, which lies opposite to the rotor, where the opposite surface of the stator core has a section that is next to the rotor. An opposite surface of the rotor has another section that is next to the stator core, where the latter section has an external diameter (Da).
