The device (1) has a turbulence hollow space (10) for possessing an air flow inlet (11), a side wall (12) and a front wall (13). An immersion tube (20) is immersed into the space. An air flow reaches the tube via a tube opening after turbulence separation. A blocking element (30) is arranged between the opening and the front wall. An air inlet (41) is formed between the opening and the element. An outer surface (31) of the element shrinks steplessly in a direction to the front wall gradually up to an upper section (32). The element is connected with the tube via a connecting element (40).
