The vehicle has a frame (16) surrounding an upper edge (7) of a rear backrest (6) and movable between two positions. A folding top (12) e.g. foldable hardtop, is arranged in a closed position and a part of a fitting (17 power 1) lies in an area in one of the positions, where a part of the top in an opened position extends in the area. The top is arranged in the opened position in the other position and moved forwards such that the frame and the fitting are arranged at a distance from an area surrounding the backrest, where the part of the top extends in the area surrounding the backrest.
