The degassing device for removing carbon dioxide from a foaming liquid such as beer, comprises a degassing chamber (1) attached to an inlet line (3) and an outlet line (6) for the liquid and to an exit gas line (8) and comprising a coat (4) for the centrifugal force-conditioned formation of a liquid film. The degassing chamber forms a cyclone (2) with an inlet for forming a circular flow and an outlet for the degassed fluid, where the inlet is attached with the inlet line and the outlet is locked through a fluid cushion. The cyclone is subjectable with negative pressure by a vacuum pump. The degassing device for removing carbon dioxide from a foaming liquid such as beer, comprises a degassing chamber (1) attached to an inlet line (3) and an outlet line (6) for the liquid and to an exit gas line (8) and comprising a coat (4) for the centrifugal force-conditioned formation of a film of the liquid.
