An air cleaner element (51) is arranged in the housing in such a manner that a predetermined space (24) is formed between a lower surface of the cleaner element and an inner surface of a base wall (23) of the housing. The housing has two arc-shaped sections (23c) corresponding to the ring sections, and a protruding section (21) protruding downward between the arc shaped sections.
