The head (1) has tubular shafts (3) and a pair of tool spindles (7) installed for rotating around associated longitudinal axes (4, 8). An electric motor (9) is provided for applying rotational movement on the shafts and spindles around the corresponding axes and for applying rotational movement on toothed blade (44) of a processing group (14) around a longitudinal axis (41). The group is installed so that the group rotates around a rotational axis (17) with center of rotation. An actuation device moves the blade around the axis (17) in two different operating conditions.
