Rotor suspension manufacturing method for electric drive i.e. linear drive, involves inserting rotor bearing into casing and fixing rotor bearing by deforming of casing, where casing is provided with flange at fixation unit
The method involves inserting a rotor bearing into a casing and fixing the rotor bearing by deforming of the casing. The casing is provided with a flange at a fixation unit. A connection element is manufactured, at which a rotor is fastened and which forms a torque proof connection between the rotor bearing and a rotary rod, where the connection element is made of plastic. The casing is provided with an edge, bent inward, for formation of a retaining surface for the rotor bearing. The casing is made of metal, and the rotor bearing is provided with two rings swivelable relative to each other. An independent claim is also included for an electric drive with a rotor suspension.
