The switch has an actuation element i.e. knob, switching a contact system and/or acting on a setpoint device i.e. potentiometer, for adjusting speed and torque of an electrical tool. A handwheel (6) is rotatably arranged at the element for preselection of speed and torque limitation of the tool. The handwheel is rotatably fastened at the actuation element by a bayonet joint (7). The joint includes pins (10) at a rotational axis (8) of the handwheel, and openings (11) corresponding to the pins in a support surface (9) such that the handwheel is fitted in rotational position of the surface.
