The support element (1) has a hollow cylindrical receiving body (2) on which an end of an outer spring is attached. The outer spring and an inner spring are formed as helical springs with spring turns. An end of the inner spring is held in the receiving body, in a loss-proof manner. The receiving body has an end facing the springs and including an inwardly bent edge region (8) that forms an axial stop for a turn of the end of the inner spring. The support element is deep-drawn from a pot-like base part including a through hole (10).
