The method involves placing a sandwich stuffing agent at a sliding carriage (1) until the sandwich is produced. The stiffening agent is directly moved from the carriage to a baking product by a separate tool at the time of production. The stiffening agent placed on the carriage is presented in a display refrigerator in a cooled condition until the sandwich is produced. The baking product has a temperature higher than a circumference temperature at the time of production, and a stiffening agent pusher is attached to the carriage. An independent claim is also included for an aid for executing a method for producing a stuffed sandwich in a bakery.
