Cold-stabilized additive (A) for fuel oils with 0.05 wt.% of sulfur content comprises fatty acid mixture of 6-50C saturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid (1-99 wt.%), 6-50C unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid (1-99 wt.%) and at least a polar nitrogen-containing compound (I) (0.01-90 wt.%) as a paraffin dispersant in an average distillate.
