registration of mr data using generic models

摘要

The method involves producing a non-patient-characteristic three-dimensional generic model of a body containing body structure data. Two-dimensional patient-characteristic detection data of a patient is ascertained. A transformation protocol is used for data-linking the structure data to the detection data to change the generic model of the body based on the ascertained detection data. The model is correlated with a three-dimensional reference data set, whose part is changed using the protocol to generate a patient-characteristic three-dimensional data set. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program embodied on a machine readable medium for registering a non-patient-characteristic three-dimensional magnetic resonance data set to patient-characteristic data (2) a device for registering a non-patient-characteristic magnetic resonance data set to patient-characteristic detection data.
