Dry fuel for combustion is made of a combination of dried grape skins and crushed dried grape seeds from which the oils are released and combined with the dried grape skins in pellet form. An independent claim is included for a process to produce fuel pellets in which the grapes are crushed to release the juice, followed by separation of the juice from the grape skins and grape seeds. The grape skins and seeds are first washed and then dried at a temperature below 60 degrees C. Prior to crushing of combined skins and seeds to release the oils from within the seeds, other dry fibrous residues e.g. grain husks are admixed to the dried skins and seeds. The resulting mass is then pressed into pellets.
