PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue an alarm in response to an awake level of a driver at substantially fixed timing.;SOLUTION: An estimated value of wakefulness is calculated based on a ratio of a high-frequency component amount to a low-frequency component amount obtained by frequency-converting a variation of a vehicle (S51), a virtual deviation line is set between a lane and the own vehicle in response to the estimated value of the wakefulness (S55, S59, S62, S66), and the alarm is issued when the own vehicle is deviated from the virtual deviation line.
