A pair of engagement sections (22) projected to the base (14) side is arranged on an installation plate (21) that is to be attached to the base (14). The engagement sections (22) can be inserted into installation holes (14a), formed in the base (14), and engaged with the back side of the base (14), at the peripheral edges of the installation holes (14a). Contact sections (35, 36) are arranged on a lower surface (21a), facing the base (14), of the installation plate (21) and are at three positions putting the engagement sections (22) between them. The contact sections (35, 36) are projected to the base (14) side and can be in contact with the base (14) when the installation plate (21) is attached to the base (14). When the installation plate (21) is attached, the contact sections (35, 36) are in contact with the base (14) to bend and elastically deform the installation plate (21). Elastic force by the deformation keeps engagement surfaces (26a) of the engagement sections (22) engaged at the peripheral edges on the back side of the installation holes (14a).
