The present invention relates to compounds of general formula (I), wherein RSUB1/SUB-RSUB4/SUB are as defined in the description, to processes for their preparation and to their use as medicaments. The compounds of formula (I) inhibit the effect of lipid A on the Toll-like Receptor 4 and are endowed with anti-septic shock, anti-inflammatory, anti-ischemia and analgesic activity.
