The present invention disclosed a method about high speed transmitting data service based time division duplex (TDD) mode. First, assign the time section of transmitting upline data and downline data in a frame. Then, assign the synchronous timeslot, the control timeslot, multiple service timeslot of upline and downline in this time section. The synchronous timeslot is used for ensure synchronous; the control timeslot is used for transmitting up signaling and down signaling; the service timeslot is used for transmitting data high speed, and different service timeslot be setting different time length. When subscriber is transmitting data, assign different service timeslot according to the transmitting data, and transmit the data. We can assign longer timeslot for subscriber of high class or better transmitting condition. Therefor present invention could obtain higher transmitting speed and higher frequency using rate and lower cost.
