The method involves processing digital samples representative of values respectively taken by analog signals at successive sampling instants, by utilizing an analog-to-digital converter (320). Converter signals are selectively provided at the instants for processing original digital samples. The original samples are combined for forming, by linear interpolation, a derived digital sample representative of values taken by the converter signals at a reference instant temporally offset with respect to each sampling instant of the converter signals. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing an analog signal processing method.
