The valve (1) has a flap (30) varying passage section of inlet openings (36, 38) that respectively communicate with outlet openings (6, 8) of a body (2). The section of the opening (36) is 10 percent smaller than that of the opening (6), and the section of the opening (38) is 90 percent larger than that of the opening (8) in a position of the flap. The section of the opening (36) is between 50 and 85 percent of the section of the opening (6), and the section of the opening (38) is 90 percent larger than the section of the opening (8), in another position of the flap.
