The projectile (1) has a symmetrical longitudinal axis (X) and a conical nose at front. Deployable wings (3) are arranged at back along an axis. The longitudinal axis of the blades with longitudinal axis of the projectile makes an angle (alpha) different from zero degree. The angle generates rotational speed of the projectile and a precession movement with a precession period between 100 millisecond and 10 millisecond. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling a projectile.
