The device (10) has a piece made of a heat insulated material e.g. expanded polystyrene material, forming an interjoist (20) in a top part, where the interjoist supports two adjacent beams. An L-shaped covering tab (30) is formed in a bottom part, and partly covers an adjacent needle beam on which the two adjacent beams are maintained. The covering tab defines a vertical plane wall (31) extending in an extension of the interjoist on height equivalent to height of the needle beam.
