The device has an iron case including inductive cavities (3) comprising permanent magnets (4) or small electromagnets for creating a rotating magnetic field, where the magnets are placed on walls and base of the cavities. Electrons from a cathode are driven in the magnetic field for forming rising and descending spiral waves to create an artificial gravity under electromagnetic pressures and to permit repulsive effect. Round shaped iron rails (5) orient the electrons and the waves on a waveguide (7).
