The obturator (1) has a fixation screw for connecting a false stump (6) on which a threaded hole (7) is formed, to an implant in a jaw bone, where the obturator is provided with lateral strips. A molded female part of the screw is inserted in a molded male part of the screw. A fixation unit (2) is provided for fixing an obturator holder (28) in the implant. A flange (21) cooperates with an obturator withdrawal tool. Threaded parts (4) are provided for receiving the screw.
