The device has a container placed at an output of a bladder and comprising an evacuation tube temporarily connected to a conduit of knee-breeches receiving urine emitted by envy. An impermeable hollow belt is fixed at the top of the knee-breeches and absorbs a part of urine emitted by the envy. The impermeable hollow belt is inflated to indicate necessity of changing the hollow belt.
