The caisson has a metal e.g. black steel, runner (1) whose surface in which metal connecting rods (3) are emerged before being incorporated in a concrete construction part e.g. wall, is opened. The caisson is closed with respect to a concrete laitance in a sealed manner by an envelope i.e. film (2), made of retractable thermo plastic material i.e. low density polyethylene. The surface of the runner is equipped with reentrant lateral edges to cooperate with the rods and to maintain the rods within the caisson along a position determined by an operator.
