Slimming kit comprises a substrate comprising biocellulose, and a composition impregnating the substrate, comprising an active slimming agent containing caffeine and its derivatives, caffeine citrate, theophylline and its derivatives, theobromine, acefylline, aminophylline, chloroethyltheophylline, diprophylline, diniprophylline, etamiphylline and its derivatives, etofylline, proxyphylline, ephedrine and its derivatives, combination of caffeine and silanol, natural origin compounds containing xanthic bases comprising extract of tea, coffee, guarana, cocoa, mate or cola. Slimming kit comprises a substrate comprising biocellulose, and a composition impregnating the substrate, comprising at least an active slimming agent comprising caffeine and its derivatives, caffeine citrate, theophylline and its derivatives, theobromine, acefylline, aminophylline, chloroethyltheophylline, diprophylline, diniprophylline, etamiphylline and its derivatives, etofylline, proxyphylline, ephedrine and its derivatives, combination of caffeine and silanol, natural origin compounds containing xanthic bases comprising extract of tea, coffee, guarana, cocoa, mate or cola ( Cola nitida). Independent claims are included for: (1) a slimming treatment comprising applying the substrate comprising biocellulose and impregnated of the composition containing the active slimming agent, on the skin; and (2) a process of cosmetic treatment of bags under the eyes comprising applying the substrate containing biocellulose and the impregnated composition containing the active agent on the bags.
