The method involves inserting a long length cylindrical tube (1) into a well or a piping to be cased, and proceeding a radial expansion of the tube using an inflatable bladder (3) so that a wall (C) bears against the wall of the well or the piping. The radial expansion is achieved at certain areas spaced from each other by non-expanded portions (5) and not on the entire length of the tube, such that a total length of expanded areas (4) is smaller than a total length of non-expanded areas, and a number of expanded areas is equal to three. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling a production of fluid inside a well.
