The device has a vertical support (1) integrated with a handle (2). Two solid and elastic strips (3, 4) are made of hard material and arranged in a symmetrical manner by extending on both sides of the support. The strips are slid one on the other in opposed direction for engaging, by locking, the circumference of a body of a bottle. The strips respectively have push rods (5, 6) to separate the strips in order to place the bottle between the strips or to remove the bottle.
