The method involves providing three main devices such as reception device, digital data/file storage medium e.g. bank terminal, and transmitting device, where the medium stores digital data/files on an open/locked rewritable/non rewritable non volatile memory. The medium is provided with a microprocessor which is different from a storage chip, and the receiving device is used as interface for capturing files of the medium towards an unspecified data processing apparatus. The transmitting device is used as an interface for remote loading of files starting from a database towards the medium.
