The system has electric motors (3) assuring a feed motion of generators or alternators (5) to load batteries or accumulators (4) permitting starting of an electric assembly e.g. airplane, and to distribute the electric energy on a public or private network via a distribution/supply device (7). The generators or alternators induce production of electric energy e.g. three-phase electric current, required for the functioning of the electric motors. A control unit (6) controls and regulates the electric motors.
