The device has an adjustable belt strap type circular band (1) exerting an intermittent or permanent pressure for mobilizing natural or synthetic skin and face and skull muscles, towards the top. A fronto-occipital strap (7) joins front and rear of the band and transforms pressure force into traction force towards the top. A locking buckle (2) adjusts diameter of the band to adjust locking intensity of the band. An anti-skid inner coating (6) increases adherence of the band with the skin.
