The device (1) has motorized longitudinal assemblies (4) symmetrically placed on both sides of a vertical plane passing through a longitudinal axis of a tube (3), and symmetrically inclined with respect to the vertical plane. Each motorized longitudinal assembly is constituted of a motorized track that is adjustable in position with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tube. The track of each assembly is constituted of individual carriages (9) articulated with respect to each other.
