The device has a pneumatic/electric jack (8) that raises a safety handle (4) for hooking a handle (3) by applying thrust and permitting a beer barrel to be pierced. A pipe (6) passes beer along direction of a beer pump. A button (5) is pushed for allowing arrival of the beer. A stainless steel plate is fixed on a stainless steel, and the jack is fixed on the plate. The jack is connected to a control table that permits actuation of the jack.
