Optimizing method for filling zones with loss during drilling in limiting the quantities of polymeric products and to reduce the costs and environmental problems, comprises preparing an aqueous fluid solution comprising a water soluble polymer-based synthesis (I) and with a molecular weight of 0.3-3x 10 6g/mol, where the third monomeric unit is a hydrophobic monomer, and the fourth monomeric unit is a sulfonic monomer, and crosslinking agent for (I); and injecting the fluid in the zones with losses before its crosslinking. Optimizing method for filling zones with loss during drilling in limiting the quantities of polymeric products and to reduce the costs and environmental problems, comprises preparing an aqueous fluid solution comprising a water soluble polymer-based synthesis of formula (((-CH 2-C(R 1)(C(=O)-NH 2)) x-(CH 2-C(R 1)C(=O)-O -) y-(CH 2-C(R 1)(C(=O)-N(R 2)(R 3))) z-(CH 2-C(R 1)(C(=O)-NH-C(CH 3) 2-CH 2-S(=O) 2(O -)) t))) (I) and with a molecular weight of 0.3-3x 10 6g/mol, where the third monomeric unit is a hydrophobic monomer, and the fourth monomeric unit is a sulfonic monomer, and crosslinking agent for (I); and injecting the fluid in the zones with losses before their crosslinking. R 1CH 3or H; R : 6-30C, preferably 9-18C-alkyl radical, optionally substituted 5-8C-cycloalkyl radical, optionally substituted 6-12C-aryl radical, or other alkylaromatic chain; R 3H, CH 3radical or R 2; and x-z : different from zero and defines the polymeric molar fraction of each monomeric unit. Independent claims are included for: (1) an aqueous fluid in solution comprising (I) and the crosslinking agent; and (2) a composition in the form of solid particles comprising (I) acrylamide and acrylate from hydrophobic and sulfonic moieties, and with a hydrolysis rate of 1-10% and a molecular weight of 0.3-3x 10 6g/mol; crosslinked polymer particles comprising linear, branched, crosslinked or elastic acrylic acid copolymer or sodium acrylate, where the particles exhibit a size of 0.2-4 mm and a partial hydrolysis of approximately 10%; colloidal particles, preferably smectite clay and/or sepiolite clay and the crosslinking agent.
