The door has a rotating casement (2) mounted in a door frame assembly (1) in a rotational manner along a vertical rotational axis. The frame assembly is fixed in a passage whose width is determined by two opposite walls. The assembly has a horizontal upper crossbeam (10) fixed in position with respect to the passage and supporting a vertical top bearing (11). A vertical bottom bearing (3) is fixed to the ground at the right of the top vertical bearing. The bearings define the vertical rotational axis of the casement and rotationally receive the casement.
