The system (1) has an element constituted by polygonal or parallelepiped mineral insulating pad or panel (2) based on rock wool or rock comprising two main surfaces and a set of longitudinal edges. The element comprises a rabbet area or rebate formed on the two of adjacent ends. One of the main surfaces is associated to another element (9) constituted of thermal isolating and combustible product, which is based of thermoplastic polymers such as polyurethane and polystyrene, and thermosetting polymers.
