The belt has a ventral strap (31) integrated with an inflatable safety cushion (4). The cushion has deployment units to deploy the cushion towards front (AV) and top during inflation, by minimizing pressure that a front region (41) of the cushion exerts towards back (AR), in direction of the strap. The deployment is made without interposition of a non deformable shield between the anterior region and the strap.
