The device (1) has a washing water tank (2) associated with a circulation pump removing and delivering water to allocation and distribution nozzles on glass surfaces separated by a double wall hollow body. The tank has an auxiliary chamber (7) with a volume less than that of a main chamber (6) of the tank, where the main chamber is in communication with the auxiliary chamber by an orifice (8). The auxiliary chamber is housed between a degassing housing (4) and the body, and is in direct contact with an external wall of the housing.
