The method involves determining permeability relative to the water and permeability relative to the gas within an underground reservoir, after injecting a fracturation fluid i.e. classic polymeric fluid. The production of the gas after fracturation and a production of discharging/cleaning liquid e.g. hydrocarbon, are deduced using a flow simulator. The permeabilities are determined by simulating production profiles in water and in gas using the simulator from experimental profiles and relative permeabilities before injection of the fracturation fluid.
