The simulator has a special coaxial cable with 21 kilovolts and 600 meter in length and constituted of sections with spacing length of 25 to 100 meters, where defects are created on the sections of the cable. The coaxial cable is coiled in a box, such that a radius of curvature of the cable in any point is less than 5 cm to accept signal unto 150 megahertz without significant dispersion. Ends of the cables are connected to same terminal to form an angle of 120 degree for obtaining a negligible reflection coefficient in absence of dispersion.
