The device has horizontal and rotational driving mechanisms to displace an outlet shaft (142) with respect to a case (141) for pivoting a lamp unit (130) in vertical and lateral directions, respectively. A manipulation unit has a scale representing a relative position of the shaft with respect to the case. The manipulation unit is activated to displace the shaft through a wire and one of the mechanisms. Relative position of the shaft indicated by the scale is adjustable without modifying the position of the scale.
